Have you seen one lately?
I know I have! All the time. I’d love to see the world without pricks, but I don’t think that will happen in our lifetime.
Out of curiosity, how could you separate the pricks from the non-pricks? What are the tell-tale signs?
Here’s hoping for a week that’s not too pricky.

One of my favorite joke is, “What is the difference between a cactus and congress?”
On a cactus, the pricks are on the outside.

Too funny! I’ve learned to rely more on my instincts over the years. Sometimes people seem “nice” and what they say may seem “reasonable” but the bottom line is how they make me feel. If I’m left feeling awful about something/someone or myself, then I acknowledge that and delve a little deeper into what’s going on.
Instinct is a funny little thing. Often, they are right…and sometimes we refuse to listen to them. I know what you are saying…it’s masking what’s reasonable with underlying meaning that’s not even necessary. Why do they even do that, right! I do agree that sometimes delving a little deeper is a good thing. It’s insightful.
