Ah! The irony. Then there’s me giggling and sniggering away…especially since if you are in Bangkok and traffic can be a nightmare. Too funny.
But what I meant to say is…Amen.

LOL Good one! But those spin classes are hard. I’ve never been in one, but I have been on one of the bikes. It ain’t for sissies! I’d rather be running 🙂
I have heard of the spinning classes but never go for one myself. I’m one of those sissies. :p For a place like Bangkok, traffic is a real nightmare and by the time anyone gets to the gym, the motivation is often lost. For me anyway.
