So here goes.

Did something sort of sound familiar and  yet you could not quite put your finger to it when you read the above? 

Well, well! If you have not caught on yet by the 4th italised sentence, you may have thought that I’d probably lost my marbles and not quite making sense. But no, I haven’t.

It’s just that I’ve got Daft Punk’s Get Lucky song stuck in my head for several days now and I’ve just been humming it in my head. Granted, it not my regular choice of music. But! for some reason my mind has been playing this on repeat and there’s no escaping the loop.  

It’s catchy, it’s groovy and I.LIKE.IT.

And perhaps under the circumstances, there’s a lot of truth to “we’ve come too far to give up”. After all, like the legend of the phoenix, we obtain a new lease of life by arising from the ashes. And perhaps, just perhaps, we all are up for some luck this time.
