Breakfast in bed every morning. Well, almost! This resort serves breakfast right to your villa according to what you filled out from the night before, and at whatever time you wish your breakfast to be served as part of their standard practice.
On top of that, the service staff would usually go around the resort delivering a plate of fruits every evening! They really know how to tug the heart-strings of their guests with these nice little gestures. Friendly dogs belonging to god-knows-who are also not shy to keep us company.
What a nice touch!

You gotta love Thailand for its many long weekends. For us, days like these are simply the perfect excuse to get out of Bangkok in search of a quiet, sedentary and decadent living for just a couple of days.
This time round, we headed off to Pranburi, a 3 hour drive from Bangkok to spend 4 days of doing absolutely jack-all. We can be really good at doing absolutely nothing.

What’s wrong with human beings nowadays? Where is the humanity of Singaporeans? Aunt Antsy forwarded me some articles on animal abuse happening in Singapore recently, here and here. I am in complete agreement with her sentiments to advocate stronger laws to deal with these criminals when caught. Cut off their balls and display them in the museum. Let’s publicly humiliate them. Shame them. Let’s do the same thing to them as they do unto those animals. These news on animal cruelty are not funny. Appalling.
Animal abuse is so not cool.
