Today’s Thoughts to Ponder

You know how sometimes your mind just wanders and before you can stop yourself, you are thinking of thoughts that you probably don’t have an answer to?

That was me today for a little while in between toilet breaks. I don’t think I even need an answer to any one of those, but well…you know what they say when the mind starts to drift…

  1. How do you handcuff a one-armed man?
  2. When does it stop being partly cloudy and start being partly sunny?
  3. If God sneezes, what should you say?
  4. If a mime is arrested, do they tell him he has a right to talk?
  5. If vampires can’t see their reflections, why is their hair always so neat?
  6. Since bread is square, then why is sandwich meat round?

  1. My favorite is why do we park in driveways but drive on parkways? Or why do hotdogs come in packs of 10 but hotdog buns come in packs of 8?

    • I never noticed hotdogs come in packs of 10, but hotdog buns come in packs of 8. Must be marketing. Or an American/Canadian thing…put 2 dogs in a bun for the left-over dogs!

  2. Ah, endless pondering. Those are clever ones. I want to know why Americans call European football soccer? We do play it with our feet, unlike American football that is mostly carried in their hands, lol. Duh!

    • hmmm….that would put the brain deep in thought! Endless (or otherwise useless) pondering! LOL. Yeah…DUH! x.
