There is a handful along Sukhumvit I would vouch more, and my recent discovery includes this street vendor along Wireless Road.

He is located on the very last spot in the corner-most area of the morning market and sets up stall there only a few times a week. The chickens are all fried on the spot and they are halal too. This is easily the best fried chicken in the whole of Bangkok in my opinion!
