When it comes to a group dinner on a business trip, our Singaporean hosts just know how to spoil their guests with the classic Singaporean food spread consisting of all Singaporean goodness.

The chilli crab (although not the best I have had), served with hot, soft and fluffy deep-fried mantao buns, made up for all the countless hours spent enclosed within 4 walls and a screen. I have missed my Singapore food.
